At CMH Suzuki Ballito, we recently had the profound honor of celebrating Nelson Mandela’s legacy through a meaningful act of kindness. Madiba, a beacon of compassion and courage, inspires us to give back and make a difference in our community. In his spirit, we joined hands with the North Coast Courier Orphan Fund to bring comfort and joy to those who need it most.

Our dedicated CMH Suzuki Ballito team embarked on a day filled with purpose and warmth as we gathered and distributed blankets to those in need. In Groutville, the sight of children’s faces lighting up with happiness as they received their blankets was a powerful reminder of how simple acts of kindness can create waves of joy. Each smile and grateful hug spoke volumes about the difference we can make when we come together.

Our journey also took us to Siyakhula Creche in Shakashead, where the children’s eyes sparkled with excitement as they received their blankets. The joy and appreciation from the little ones were truly heartwarming, reinforcing our commitment to spreading kindness.

We then continued our outreach to the Nkobongo Resource Centre, where our visit was met with heartfelt gratitude. The centre’s staff and those they support welcomed us warmly, and it was deeply moving to see how the blankets brought comfort and relief.

Finally, we spent time at the Vulamehlo Hospice in Melville, where Elizabeth Khumalo and her dedicated team embraced us with open arms. The hospice, a sanctuary of care and compassion, received the blankets with profound appreciation. It was touching to witness the residents’ gratitude and comfort, knowing our efforts made a tangible difference in their lives.
